關於莊園
這些年來，我們僅在莊園裡種植卡杜艾和波旁這兩種咖啡，也多次測試以傳統的水洗、蜜處理、日曬的方式來處理咖啡豆，最終我們發現，用自然日曬的方式最能夠帶出咖啡的風味。這是因為日曬處理的咖啡豆，會經過一個緩慢乾燥的發酵過程，從而使咖啡散發出水果香氣。
我們的目標是開發出最好的咖啡種植及處理技術，並確保咖啡質量的一致性能夠逐年提升。在咖啡的流程管理上，我們重視採用成熟的咖啡櫻桃、提供植株適當的養分，以及緩慢日曬的手法，顧好這些環節對於達到咖啡品質一致性至關重要。
莊主介紹
法比奧拉 菲洛斯
在踏入咖啡產業以前，我曾經在銀行裡上班。但是，命運隨即開拓一條全然不同的道路給我：我墜入了愛河、還結婚了！當時的我怎樣都想不到，自己的人生會有180度的大轉彎。我的先生是第三代咖啡莊主，他對咖啡充滿濃厚熱情，這也是為何我會被他吸引的原因。幾年以後，我離開金融業，投身到我這輩子最熱愛的工作中。
當我不忙著照顧咖啡的時候，會聽些音樂、跳支舞或騎單車四處逛逛。
未來期望
希望我們可以發展成眾所皆知的咖啡出口公司，生產高品質的咖啡，且希望未來有一天，這間公司可以傳接給我的女兒們。

ABOUT THE FARM
We are passionate about Honduran Coffee, and at our farm we specialize in growing only the finest varieties, Catuai and Bourbon. We've experimented with different processing methods, but found that the natural process truly brings out the unique, fruity flavors of our beans.
Our goal is to consistently produce high-quality coffee, year after year. This requires careful cherry selection, expert plant nutrition, and a slow sun-drying process. Join us on our journey to craft the perfect cup of Honduran Coffee.

Meet me, a former bank worker turned coffee aficionado, whose heart was captured by the passion of my coffee farmer husband. Together, we left behind the 9-5 grind and dove headfirst into the delicious world of coffee farming.
And let me tell you, it's been nothing short of a whirlwind of flavor and adventure. But when I need a break, you can find me jamming out to some music, dancing, or exploring the beautiful countryside on my bike.

Become a well-recognized coffee exporting company that its foundation will be in producing high quality coffee, and one day, our legacy will be passed to our daughters.
