Cup Characteristics: A coffee with a sweet aroma and fruity fragrance, lively and bright acidity, a velvety body with orange and peach flavors and a lingering finish. 

Location: Includes the departments of La Paz, Comayagua, Santa Barbara and Intibuca.

Rainfall: 1300-2300 mm

Altitude: 1000-1700 m

Temperature: 12-22 °C

Shade Type: Inga, fruit, forest and pine. 

Coffee Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Pacas and Lempira. 

Harvest: December to April

Cup Characteristics: An aromatic coffee with a sweet and fruity fragance, with a creamy body, sweet flavors and pronounced citric taste. 

Location: Includes the departments of Comayagua and Francisco Morazan. 

Rainfall: 1350-1700 mm

Altitude: 1100-1700 m

Temperature: 16-22 °C

Shade Type: Inga, fruit and forest. 

Coffee Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Lempira.
