我們的旅程始於 2015 年，當時我們問自己：「為什麼在台北很難找到宏都拉斯咖啡呢？」我們的好奇心帶我們踏上了一段旅程，去了解台灣的咖啡飲用者，並直接與宏都拉斯的咖啡農合作。現在，我們非常榮幸能夠將宏都拉斯精品咖啡生豆供應給台灣市場。
為什麼叫 Zircle？我們喜歡圓圈的完美形狀，我們把自己想像成所有人一起推動的巨大輪子，需要紀律和靈感才能讓它轉動。我們相信，透過共同努力，我們都能達到我們的全部潛能。至於字母 "Z"，嗯，我們只是不喜歡字母 "C"。

Welcome to Zircle Coffee! Our passion is bringing the delicious taste of Honduran coffee to people all around the world.
Our journey began in 2015 when we asked ourselves, "Why is it so hard to find Honduran coffee in Taipei?" Our curiosity led us on a journey to understand Taiwanese coffee drinkers and work directly with coffee farmers in Honduras. Now, we're proud to supply Honduran Specialty Coffee green beans to the Taiwanese market.
In 2020, we saw firsthand the impact that COVID-19 had on small coffee farmers in Honduras. That's why we've decided to broaden our reach and give even more coffee lovers the chance to enjoy our amazing Honduran Specialty Coffee.
We're committed to building long-term relationships with coffee green bean importers and roasters, and our small farmers in Honduras. We promise to make sure that every transaction is fair, and we have processes in place to constantly evaluate the quality of our coffee at every stage of the purchasing process. Plus, our team based in Honduras will handle everything from pre-harvest to post-harvest, so you can sit back and enjoy the delicious results.
We believe in the potential of small and medium coffee farmers, even though they often face challenges like limited access to information and education, and difficulties communicating with the international community. That's why we work closely with them to share best practices and create a sustainable business where they can improve their coffee quality and get fair prices.
Why the name Zircle? We love the perfection of the circle shape, and we see ourselves all pushing together on a huge wheel, needing discipline and inspiration to make it turn. We believe that by working together, we can all reach our full potential. As for the "Z," well, we just didn't like the letter "C."
Our team in Honduras travels the country to personally select the coffee and build strong relationships with farmers. We're dedicated to ethical practices and delivering coffee with the highest quality standards to our customers.
