 杯測特色:

    此區咖啡香氣宜人,有著非常細膩的酸度,整體表現平衡,口感具有熱帶水 

    果像是葡萄、桑葚等,餘韻酸甜。

Cup Characteristics: A coffee with a sweet aroma, balanced and creamy body with a chocolate flavor and a lingering finish. 

Location: Includes the departments of Copan, Ocotepeque and Santa Barbara. 

Rainfall: 1300-2300 mm

Altitude: 1000-1700 m

Temperature: 16-24 °C

Shade Type: Inga, fruit and forest. 

Coffee Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Pacas, Lempira and Ihcafe-90

Harvest: November to March

Cup Characteristics: An aromatic coffee with fine and delicate acidity, well balanced, tropical flavors such as grapes and berries and a citric finish. 

Location: Includes the departments of Santa Barbara, Intibuca and Lempira

Rainfall: 1350-1900 mm

Altitude: 1100-1700 m

Temperature: 14-22 °C

Shade Type: Inga, fruit and forest. 

Coffee Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Typica and Lempira.
