腳踏車莊園：從挑戰到史詩般的啟發！
我叫奧斯卡·奧馬爾·阿隆佐·阿吉拉爾。我是宏都拉斯馬爾卡拉帕斯地區的一名有機農民。我擁有位於拉巴斯省Chinacla市Trapiche社區，海拔1550米的腳踏車莊園。我在1996年開始種植咖啡，起初採用傳統農法，但在2000年，我轉向有機耕作。
不使用農藥，我遇到了保持農場生產力的困難，導致產量下降了80％。我度過了非常困難的時光，陷入嚴重的憂鬱症，甚至考慮過結束自己的生命。然而，一個早晨，我決定把這個故事轉變為積極的一頁，並且想有什麼事情可以幫助我。
那時候，我意識到給農場取個名字可能會有幫助。我想了很多名字，但都不合適，直到我想到了腳踏車。當有人騎腳踏車時，他們必須踩踏前進，保持平衡，不回頭看，而騎腳踏車不會污染環境。
這就是我把農場命名為"腳踏車莊園"的原因。我的理念是，在面對任何障礙時永不放棄，因為我曾對未來失去希望，對自己和家人的未來前景感到不確定，因為我沒有機會接受教育。然而，我在農業中發現了很多幫助我獲得知識的事物，現在我把這些知識應用在我的咖啡農場中。多虧如此，我們的咖啡已經運銷到許多國家，包括我們在台灣的朋友，也就是Zircle Coffee。

Cual Bicicleta: From Struggles to Epic Inspiration!
My name is Oscar Omar Alonzo Aguilar. I am an organic farmer from the region of Marcala La Paz in Honduras. I am the owner of Finca Cual Bicicleta, located in the community of El Trapiche, municipality of Chinacla, department of La Paz. It is situated at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level. I began my first coffee plantations in 1996 with conventional farming, but in 2000, I transitioned to organic farming.
I encountered difficulties in maintaining my farm's productivity without relying on pesticides, and this resulted in an 80% decrease in production. I went through a very difficult time, experiencing severe depression, and I even contemplated the idea of ending my life. However, one morning, I decided to change this story to a positive one and thought of coming up with something that could help me.
That's when I realized that giving a name to the farm could be helpful. I thought of many names, but none of them worked until I thought of bicycles. When someone rides a bicycle, they have to pedal to move forward, maintain balance, avoid looking back, and bicycles don't pollute the environment.
That's why I named the farm "Cual Bicicleta" (Which Bicycle). The philosophy is to never give up in the face of any obstacle because I had lost hope of moving forward and having a better future for myself and my family, as I didn't have the opportunity to study. However, I discovered many things in agriculture that helped me gain knowledge, which I now put into practice in my coffee farms. Thanks to that, our coffee has reached several countries, including our friends in Taiwan, that is, Zircle Coffee.
