腳踏車莊園是個很特別的咖啡莊園，這要從他的莊主－唐奧斯卡(Don Oscar)開始說起。座落在海拔1,550米，位於海平面之上的腳踏車莊園，擁有得天獨厚的氣候，處理水洗、蜜處理、日曬等加工技術都非常適合。唐奧斯卡相信，使用微生物和有機肥料已在他的咖啡形成天然防護層，以致葉銹病（一種嚴重影響咖啡樹生長的疾病）和任何可能的疾病都不會傷及他的咖啡。莊園裡的咖啡種類繁多，目前有卡杜艾(Catuai)、Ihcafe 90、倫皮拉(Lempira)、藝妓(Geisha)、伊卡圖(Icatu)和帕拉以內瑪(Parainema)。他們也嘗試過一些發酵處理方式，例如日曬咖啡的乾式發酵，過程包括日曬前先讓咖啡櫻桃靜置24小時。

At Cual Bicicleta, we're not your average farm. Our owner, Don Oscar, is a true coffee visionary and his unique approach to farming sets us apart. Nestled high in the mountains at 1,550 meters above sea level, our farm is blessed with the perfect weather conditions to grow, process and produce some of the most delicious coffees you'll ever taste. Don Oscar is a firm believer in the power of microorganisms and organic fertilizers to create a shield around his coffee plants, protecting them from leaf rust and other diseases.
Our farm is a diverse mix of varieties including Catuai, Ihcafe 90, Lempira, Geisha, Icatu and Parainema. And we're always pushing the boundaries - experimenting with different fermentation processes to create truly unique and special coffees like our dry controlled fermentation for natural coffees. WHO’S THE FARMER
I've always had a passion for coffee, and that passion only grew stronger when I planted my first 1,500 coffee trees back in 1996. It wasn't an easy journey, as we had limited resources and sacrificed even our own food to make it happen. But my hard work paid off, and I've spent the past decades learning and perfecting the art of coffee farming.
From carrying coffee beans down the hill on mules, to working on other farms, I've been dedicated to mastering the craft. And now, my goal is to continue to be a part of the specialty coffee supply chain, because it's the product that gives us the highest revenue and profits to help us grow and improve our farm.
My lifelong dream has been to pass down my passion for coffee farming to my sons. I've dedicated myself to ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to grow into hardworking and successful individuals, including the chance to attend school and earn their degrees.
But my ultimate goal is to continue producing the highest quality coffee, and to be recognized as a leader in the specialty coffee industry. I want to make sure that my farm can leave a positive impact for future generations and to keep on improving it.
